Hi, my name is Tayla!

I’ve been working in small businesses for the past 3+ years in industries such as consulting, construction, healthcare and more.


I’ve also run my own business and social media channels, leaving me with experience in business operations as both a team member and a founder.


Some of my proudest work accomplishments include:

  • Driving operations, sales, and effective communication across a retail team of 20+
  • Improving financial analysis and developing efficient systems for invoice management and marketing strategy at Willoworks.
  • Enhancing the customer experience journey at Brightworks by streamlining touchpoints and automating sales processes.


In my spare time, you’ll find me hitting the gym, reading, exploring new cafes, or listening to my favourite podcasts on a sunrise walk!
